The gunite shell against structural failure, meaning cracks that leak or compromise the structure, for as long as you own the home. It does not cover cosmetic surface cracks in plaster, which are addressed under the finish warranty.

The structural warranty is written for the original owner. Transfer to a new owner may be available; ask your project manager for the terms in your agreement.

Pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation, and lights carry the manufacturer’s warranty, typically one to three years, which we register for you at startup. Our installation workmanship is covered separately. If something fails, call us and we manage the claim.

Damage from improper water chemistry, freeze damage, ground movement from causes outside our control, alterations by others, and normal wear on finishes. Your agreement lists exclusions in full.

Yes. Resurfacing, tile, coping, deck, and equipment work on existing pools carries the same finish, workmanship, and equipment terms as our new builds. Structural repairs are warranted on the repaired area.
