What is covered, what is not, and how to use it.

What does “fixed price” actually mean?

Every line item is priced on the agreement before we start. The number only changes if you request a change in scope. Site conditions like rock or a high water table are identified at the site walk and priced in, not discovered later as a change order.

What happens if the schedule slips?

You get a written schedule at signing. If a phase moves because of weather or inspections, your project manager tells you before it happens, with the new date. We do not go quiet.

How often will I hear from you?

At every phase, with photos, from the same project manager for the whole build. You can also call any business day and reach a person.

What does a clean jobsite mean in practice?

Debris hauled or contained, tools secured, and the work area left safe at the end of every day. Your neighbors should not know a pool is being built by looking at your driveway.

Is this the same as the warranty?

No. The guarantee covers how we run the build: price, schedule, communication, site, and inspections. The warranty covers the finished pool: structure, plumbing and electrical, and equipment, for set terms after completion.
